Our hiking packages are guided, giving you the benefit of local knowledge while we take care of the logistics along the way. The exception is our Waihora experience, which can also be enjoyed self-guided for those who prefer to explore at their own pace.
Looking for a bigger adventure? We also provide a shuttle service from Taupō to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, making it easy to experience one of New Zealand’s most iconic day hikes while leaving the transport to us.

Hike through native bush, volcanic landscapes and rocky ravines before reaching the secluded shores of Waihora Bay. Finish your adventure with a scenic boat journey across the lake, passing hidden bays and waterfalls along the way.
